One custom handcrafted Shorty mug (approx 11oz) featuring your loved one's personal handwriting or drawing. Finished with a beautiful speckled glossy white glaze.

Turnaround Time:
Your custom piece should be ready within 3-5 weeks after you approve your proof. I usually reply within a week or so with a proof

How to Submit Your Design:
Once you've placed your order, please send a photo of the handwriting or drawing via Instagram (preferred) or email gday@okeydoecke.com. Be sure to include your order number. You can submit this immediately after your order is confirmed or whenever you're ready.

Helpful Tips for Handwriting:

• Use a thick, dark marker on blank paper for the best results.
• If children are writing, bold lines work best.
• Thin pen lines or faint designs may not transfer well, but we’re happy to enhance your lines if needed (e.g., from an old card or recipe book).

• For best results, please keep details minimal. The glaze dries within 30 seconds, so I need to remove the glaze resist decals quickly. Orders with more than 15 separate lines will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you're unsure, feel free to message me!  I highly recommend keeping designs + images as simple and minimal as possible.

Mug Details:

• Approximate size: 8 cm tall x 9 cm wide (sizes may vary slightly due to the handmade process).
• Microwave and dishwasher safe.

• Quantities are limited, so feel free to order as many as you’d like while supplies last.
