How fast do shop updates sell out?
Crazily enough - they usually sell out super fast, sometimes within minutes. I recommend being online at exact time of launch, refresh your page frequently. Using options on checkout that have your details already saved helps checkout faster (shop pay, apple pay etc) Try and log onto the website in the days prior to view a preview if its available to know what you want. Can also checkout multiple times if you really have your eye on something in particular. I combo and refund excess shipping if there is any on double orders.
If I order a custom and ready made piece how do they ship?
If you do this at the same night. I will ship together to save you shipping. This may mean a wait of 3-4 weeks when I have your custom piece ready. Contact me if youd like me to ship them separate and I can get you a quote :)
Can I put my piece in the dishwasher or microwave?
Yep - and Yep.
Hand washing is recommended. However - totally fine if you pop it into the dishwasher or microwave
Do you do free local pickup?
Yeppo absolutely!! If you're local to Stony Plain, Alberta - just choose local shipping at checkout - this will void the shipping charge. I'll holla an email at you with pickup instructions.
Do you do wholesale? Collaborations. Do you have your pieces in retail stores?
Not retail anymore sorry. Im currently at capacity for Collaborations for the next few years.
Accidental Breakage
Handmade pieces are meant to be loved, and sometimes accidents happen. If you accidentally break your piece, please feel free to reach out. If you’re able to send a photo of the broken item, I’m happy to remake the piece for you so you don’t have to wait for a website restock or update. The cost of the remake and shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
All orders are final sale, please review listings thoroughly before ordering.
🇺🇸 Shipping to the United States
Orders shipped to the U.S. may occasionally be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are determined by U.S. customs and the carrier and are the responsibility of the buyer.
In many cases, fees are minimal or not charged at all, but sometimes they can be higher and are unfortunately outside of my control. If any fees are applied, they must be paid for the package to be released and delivered.
In the rare case of an unusually high brokerage fee, please reach out before taking action and I’m happy to discuss options. If a package is returned, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
About Ceramics
All of my pieces are completely made by hand, mostly on the pottery wheel, with some pieces being made by other methods such as slab, coil or pinching. If you're new to ordering handmade pottery please keep in mind before purchasing that each piece is totally unique. No two pieces are exactly the same, they have their own handmade quirks which make them extra special. Be sure to read descriptions and look at photos carefully :)
